This helped my husband understand what my day to day is like. His objective response was how honest and transparent the psychiatrist and dietitian's are. This is a necessity. Also, a necessity of an #EDteam. Far too often the team waits too long to get the RD involved and this needs to change. Although this was my second time watching it, I was reminded this is a great documentary. I urge parents and friends/family of #ED patients to watch this.
My last one showed me quite the results today. Since May body fat has gone down and just today Resting Metabolic Rate went Up 220 calories. She does all this while owning a business, being a great mom, and dealing with all the day to day life that happens. So proud! If you are reading this. YOU CAN DO IT TOO! You just need to put the work in and most importantly show up when it's hard. That's what we're here for!
